  • 200 g pasta, e.g. fusilli
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • possibly salami, a few slices
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (Gouda or Emmental)

  • e.g. basil, some leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the ham and salami slices. Heat oil in a pan and fry the salami, ham, and well-drained pasta, stirring constantly. Make sure there’s enough oil in the pan to prevent burning. After 10 minutes, add the eggs and mix well. Roughly dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan after another 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the cheese and basil leaves, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Continue frying until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.
