Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tbsp water, hot
- 100 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 12 large chocolate kisses
- 250 g quark
- ½ liter whipped cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 small chocolate kisses
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Whisk the eggs with sugar and hot water until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder and carefully fold in. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Allow the base to cool completely. Remove the wafer bases from the large marshmallows. Place the foam and chocolate coating in a bowl and crush, then mix with the lemon juice and quark. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour this mixture onto the cake base and spread evenly. For decoration, halve the small marshmallows and decorate the cake as desired.
