Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g cheese (light), grated
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), ground
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 75 g diced ham, without fat
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • n. B. Vegetables, various, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and place in any size blobs on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Serve with mixed vegetables.
