- 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
- ½ tomato(s)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 lettuce leaf

Preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place a quarter of the Low Carb Wrap Genial on the sheet and spread the cheese evenly. Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove the sheet, place the ham in the center of the wrap, and return it to the oven for another 2 minutes. Remove it, place the lettuce leaf in the center, spread the sour cream on the lettuce leaf, top with the arugula, and then top with the sliced tomato. Carefully roll up the wrap and serve immediately. This amount is for a small appetite. Make two for one person if you have a small appetite. Tips: This recipe is very versatile and can also be made vegetarian. Onions, herbs, chili, or cucumber can also be used. It also tastes great with minced meat or chicken filling, or even just with different types of cheese. Sour cream can also be replaced with cream cheese or cottage cheese. Salt and pepper can be safely omitted, as the wrap, ham, and cheese are already salted and seasoned, respectively.
