Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 100 g cheese of your choice (e.g. Gouda, Roquefort or cream cheese)
- 2 tbsp cream or condensed milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly capers
- possibly parsley
- n. B. Cress
- e.g. leaf lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grate or mix the cheese, remove the egg yolks from the halved eggs, and mash them finely with a fork. Mix all ingredients together, adding enough cream to make the mixture smooth. Fill the egg white halves with the cream, garnish with capers or parsley leaves, and serve with cress or lettuce leaves.
