Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (sliced ​​cheese) of your choice
  • 2 cups of processed cheese of your choice
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 200 g salami or ham or smoked salmon
  • 1 onion(s), not when using salmon
  • e.g. parsley or dill
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours

Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the semi-hard cheese out on the baking sheet, overlapping the pieces. Melt slightly in the oven at 150°C for about 3-4 minutes until the edges blend. Remove from the oven immediately and let cool. Combine the semi-hard cheese and butter at room temperature, then add the mustard. Chop the remaining ingredients into small pieces and mix into the semi-hard cheese and butter mixture. Spread the entire mixture onto the cheese platter and roll everything up. Wrap the roll in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice the roll to serve. Tastes great with baguette.
