Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 1 pack of processed cheese (cream cheese)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda), chopped
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked (in cubes)
  • 3 eggs, boiled (diced)
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 5 slice(s) cheese (Gouda), thin

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

for cold platters or parties

Mix all ingredients well, except for the thin Gouda slices. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each Gouda slice and roll up. Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next day, cut into 1 cm thick slices with a sharp knife or electric knife and serve on crackers or bread. Makes about 30 slices (depending on how thickly you slice them).
