Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), or other cheese with at least 40% fat
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Easy recipe, quick to make and very tasty, a great gift for a party, cheese platter, etc.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200°C. Then cover the tray with the cheese, slightly overlapping it. Place it in the oven and wait until the cheese has melted together. Then take it out and cover with the cooked ham. Spread the cream cheese on top. It will be difficult to spread at first, but the heat from the cheese will make the cream cheese easy to spread within seconds. Now roll up the cheese using the baking paper and then wrap it in aluminum foil. Then let it cool and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Cut into thin slices to serve. Tip: Can also be combined with pineapple and chicken breast, herbs, etc.
