Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g leftover cheese (Emmental or/and mountain cheese)
  • 6 bell peppers, yellow, red, green, orange
  • 1 tbsp Maggi
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Paprika powder, hot or sweet
  • n. B. Red wine vinegar (approx. 10 – 12 tbsp)
  • n. B. Oil (sunflower oil, approx. 6 – 8 tbsp)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

with peppers

Cut the cheese and bell peppers into small cubes. Mix with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and let it marinate. Tastes great with fresh pretzels or bread.
