Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 piece(s) Gouda, young, approx. 400 g
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 500 g
  • 1 pack of cooked ham, approx. 200 g
  • 2 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and peel the cucumber. Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds and ribs. Cut the rind off the Gouda cheese. Dice the ham, Gouda cheese, cucumber, and bell peppers and place them in a bowl. Mix in the yogurt and creamed horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well again before serving and add a little more seasoning if desired, as the cucumber absorbs water.
