delicious and easy, for about 8 – 10 pieces

Make an omelet batter with flour, eggs, milk, salt, oregano, and a splash of red wine. Fry thin omelets in a pan with a splash of oil. My instructions yield about 8-10 omelets. Once the omelets have cooled slightly, sprinkle each one with a little Chinese seasoning. Be sure to do this; it’s this seasoning that gives them their full flavor. Then place a slice of ham, a slice of salami, a pepperoni, and a slice of cheese on top and roll them up. I roll them like a roulade, folding in the sides slightly and rolling them up. Place the rolls, rolled up, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the galettes in the oven at around 140°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. I personally prefer them warm, but they’re also delicious cold.
