Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cheese, semi-hard cheese (mixed whatever you have in your fridge)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 2 gherkins
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp tartar sauce
- 1 shot of condensed milk
- chives
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the first 5 ingredients into small pieces, mix the yogurt with the remoulade sauce and canned milk, mix with the cheese/vegetable mixture, add the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and you’re done.
