Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cheese, semi-hard cheese (mixed whatever you have in your fridge)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 shot of condensed milk
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the first 5 ingredients into small pieces, mix the yogurt with the remoulade sauce and canned milk, mix with the cheese/vegetable mixture, add the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and you’re done.
