Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g flour
  • possibly cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, lemon juice, and eggs until fluffy. Combine cornstarch and flour and gradually stir in, kneading thoroughly by hand at the end. The dough should now be smooth and not sticky. Roll out the dough, not too thick or too thin. Finally, cut out the cookies, and you’re done. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 210°C for about 10-15 minutes. You can also glaze them if you like.
