Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg Gouda, young, in cubes
  • 500 g seedless grapes
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp fig mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the Gouda into cubes, approximately 1 cm in size. Mix together the cream, mayonnaise, and fig mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the grapes, cheese, and sauce and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
