Cheese salad with roasted walnuts and grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mountain cheese
  • 300 g seedless blue grapes
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 50 g spring onions
  • 10 g parsley
  • 6 tbsp walnut oil
  • 4 tbsp table vinegar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp blossom honey
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the mountain cheese into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Wash and halve the grapes and add them to the bowl with the mountain cheese. Wash and finely chop the spring onions, then add them to the bowl with the finely chopped parsley. Roughly chop the walnuts, briefly toast them in a pan without oil, and mix them with the other ingredients. For the dressing, vigorously mix all ingredients in a separate bowl and stir into the salad.
