Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g honeydew melon(s)
- 400 g feta cheese
- 10 g mint
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 ½ tbsp blossom honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the honeydew melon, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces, and place it in a bowl. Wash the cucumber, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and add it to the melon. Finely chop the mint, cut the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes, and add both to the bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold it into the salad.
