Cheese Sandwich

The perfect cheese sandwich recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Butter cheese
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • 8 Toast
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Coarsely grate the cheddar and dice the butter cheese. Brush the toast slices with butter on both sides.
  1. Spread half of the cheese on the toast slices, press the peppers and sandwiches together.
  1. Grill on both sides in a hot pan until golden brown.
  1. Spread the rest of the cheese on the outside of the sandwiches and grill again on each side. Remove and let cool slightly so that the cheese becomes firm and crispy – cut open and serve.
  1. Important – please make sure to use a coated pan!
