Cheese – Sausage – Salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • 500 g leek
  • Parsley
  • 4 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 125 ml vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 125 ml oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut the Emmental cheese and pork sausage into sticks. Slice the leeks (only the white and light green parts) into rings. Combine the spices and parsley, pour over the ingredients, and mix. Let stand for about 1 hour.
