Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 pork schnitzels (boneless pork schnitzel)
- 250 g cheese (butter cheese), grated
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 250 ml milk
- 4 tbsp spice mix (Vegeta, soup seasoning powder made from vegetable extracts)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Schnitzel topped with cheese
Wash the schnitzels, pat them dry, and place them in a dish (not too large; they should be close together). Sprinkle generously with Vegeta and cover with a thick layer of cheese. Then pour over the whipped cream and milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with rice and snow peas.
