Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g puff pastry
- 1 package of herb cream cheese
- 50g Gorgonzola
- ½ bunch chives
- pepper
- some milk to stir until smooth

simple but very tasty party snack
Combine the cream cheese and Gorgonzola in a blender. Finely chop the chives and stir in. Season with pepper and stir in the milk until smooth. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese on top. Shape the whole thing into a roll and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Cut the roll into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Depending on the thickness of the slices, bake the snails on the middle rack at about 200°C (preheated) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and serve.
