Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 onions
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 liter broth, granulated
  • 450 g creamed leek vegetables (frozen)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 400 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, dice the 5 onions and sauté them in butter. Then add the 300g of ground beef and fry briefly. Top up with 1 liter of granulated broth. Now add the 450g of frozen creamed leek mixture, the can of corn, the can of mushrooms, the 400g of cream cheese, the 200g of herb cheese, the 200g of crème fraîche, and the garlic clove. Bring everything to a boil briefly, and the soup is ready.
