Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 slices of white bread
- 100 g butter
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 3 fish fillets (kippers)
- Mustard
- Paprika powder
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Remove the crusts from the white bread slices, spread with butter and then with mustard, sprinkle with grated cheese, and top with the neatly deboned kipper fillets. Sprinkle with grated cheese, add small knobs of butter, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake these slices in the oven with top heat or under the grill.
