Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 onion(s)
- 750 ml chicken broth
- 125 g processed cheese with herbs
- 2 tbsp sauce thickener, light
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- Pepper, white
- Worcestershire sauce
- Sugar
- lemon juice
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely dice the apple and onion and sauté in 20g of melted butter for 5-6 minutes. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Crush the cream cheese, add it, and melt, stirring constantly. Sprinkle in the sauce thickener and season the soup with marjoram, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and lemon juice to taste. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and let it melt.
