Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g spaetzle, fresh
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 150 g zucchini
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 30 g mozzarella, grated
- 5 ml rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Fried onions for topping
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian, the classic revived
Chop the vegetables and sauté in heated oil. When the onions are translucent and the vegetables are still slightly firm to the bite, add the spaetzle and fry. Mix the milk with the nutritional yeast and add. Season to taste. Finally, fold in the mozzarella. Top with fried onions and serve. Trust me, the fried onions are worth it and give the dish a special touch!
