Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced meat
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 6 slices of processed cheese
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 7 gherkins
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp light ketchup
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- pepper

Chop the iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and 6 of the gherkins. For the dressing, puree 1 gherkin, the mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, white wine vinegar, 0.5 onion, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly dice 1.5 onions and fry with the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper if desired. Serve everything on a plate, drop the melted cheese onto the hot meat, and add the dressing.
