Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of whole-grain toast
- 16 slices of processed cheese
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- 30 g spice mix (minced meat spice)
- possibly bell pepper(s), cut into strips
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the ground meat with the spices, mustard, and egg. Form 4 meatballs. Fry them on both sides in hot oil in a pan. Toast the bread and immediately place a slice of cheese on top, then the meatball and another slice of toast. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and remoulade. I also added strips of bell pepper.
