Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml oil (palm oil)
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Cheese balls
Combine the milk, oil, and salt in a saucepan and heat. Stir in the flour and let cool. Stir in the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 175°C.
