Ingredients
- 70 g Cream cheese
- 600 g Yogurt 1.5% fat
- 10 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 6 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 12 Pc. Shortbread
- Berries of your choice
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar well. Crumble the shortbread biscuits and fill 1/3 of the glass with them. Then spread the blueberries & raspberries over the top.
- Now pour the cream cheese cream over it and cool for 45 minutes. Just before serving, pour the remaining berries over the dessert.
