with fruit and crumbles, approx. 20 pieces
Make the crumble using the listed ingredients. Make a shortcrust pastry with butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Then roll out the shortcrust pastry on a baking sheet. Make the quark mixture from the remaining ingredients and spread it over the pastry. Place the cherries on top and sprinkle with the crumble. Bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
