  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • e.g. sea salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and place the flesh in a bowl. Squeeze the lime and add the juice. Deseed the chili pepper and add it to the bowl. Wash the cilantro and remove the lower part of the stems. The upper part with the leaves can be added to the bowl. Chop the tomatoes, peel the garlic clove, and add both to the remaining ingredients. Season the mixture with sea salt and pepper. Finally, puree everything and season to taste.
