  • 200 g Margarine
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy flour
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. For the base, beat the margarine and sugar until frothy. Add the two types of flour, the milk, the baking powder and a pinch of salt and knead with the dough hook of a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Line a 28 cm springform pan with baking paper, spread the dough evenly and press down on it.
  2. For the filling, puree the tofu until it has a quark-like consistency. Beat the margarine and the two types of sugar until frothy. Stir in the tofu quark, flour and custard powder. Spread the mixture smoothly on the floor. Place in the middle of the oven for about 60 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar and vegan cream.
