Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 175 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Limoncello
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml Limoncello
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 can tangerine(s), 312 g gross
  • 400 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Quick sheet cake

For the base, combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Line the oven tray with baking paper and spread the dough evenly. For the topping, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread the quark mixture over the base and smooth it down. Combine all ingredients for the crumble topping in a bowl and mix with your hands until crumbly. Spread the crumble evenly over the cheese mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for approximately 1 hour.
