Cheesecake with mandarins

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 375 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • oil
  • 3 can/n tangerines
  • 2 packs of cake glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grease the baking sheet! Stir the batter thoroughly, place it on the baking sheet, and spread it evenly (adding a little more to the edges). Spread the quark mixture on top. Then top with the mandarins. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (fan oven) for about 35-40 minutes (pay attention to the edges). After cooling briefly, spread the glaze on top. Please do not cut the cake until it is completely cool.
