Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 65 g almonds, ground
- 65 g sugar
- 65 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 500 g quark
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 packs of vanilla pudding powder
- 50 ml oil
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas, ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
on a baking tray (20 x 30 cm)
Combine all the dry ingredients for the dough and then knead with the butter and egg. Refrigerate the dough until ready to use. Mash the bananas with a fork. Then, combine all the filling ingredients with a mixer. Line a 20 x 30 cm baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly. Pour the filling over the dough. Bake the cake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for one hour.
