Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g green beans
- 100 g broccoli
- 500 g gnocchi
- 100g mozzarella
- 100 g Parmesan
- 50 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
cheesy gnocchi casserole
Steam the beans and broccoli in hot water. Remove the vegetables from the pot. Add the gnocchi to the water and wait until they float to the top. Mix the gnocchi with the beans, broccoli, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and cream. Season well with pepper and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes. I also add a clove of garlic.
