Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, boiled
- 300 g ham, cooked
- 2 large carrots, cooked
- 2 apples
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp horseradish (cream horseradish)
- 2 tbsp herbs (salad herbs), chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar

Party salad
Slice the boiled potatoes, dice the cooked ham, the yellow beets (carrots), the peeled apples, the peeled cucumber, the onion, and the 4 eggs (reserve one yolk for the salad dressing), and place them in a bowl. Blend the remaining ingredients into a dressing and stir into the salad.
