Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
- 250 g smoked pork, cooked
- 1 apple
- 150 g sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp dill
- 1 pinch(s) rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the pineapple and smoked pork. Peel, core, and dice the apple. Combine the pineapple, smoked pork, apple, and sauerkraut. Mix the mayonnaise with cream and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, dill, and rosemary. Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the bowl, mix gently, and let the salad sit for 20 minutes.
