Cherries – Ice Cream with Amaretto

- 500 gr Cherries fresh
- 200 ml Cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- For children, leave out the amaretto, it also tastes so good
- Pit the ripe and dark sweet cherries
- Puree the powdered sugar, cherries and well-chilled milk – then mix in the amaretto
- Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff, stir it into the mixture and place it in the freezer or at least in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then stir again carefully and put in the ice cream maker
