Cherry Ice Cream Black Forest Style

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Freshly pitted cherries
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 tbsp Kirsch
  • 50 g Milk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Stone cherries as ripe and dark as possible, then the ice cream gets a nice and dark color
  • Put the cherries, sugar and chilled milk in a tall container and puree well
  • Grate the well-cooled chocolate very finely and fold it into the mass
  • Stir in the cherry water
  • Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and carefully fold it into the cherry mixture
  • Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes (no longer so that no ice crystals form)
  • Put everything in the ice cream maker
  • When there are children at the table WITHOUT kirsch
