Cherry Ice Cream Black Forest Style

  • 500 g Freshly pitted cherries
  • 100 gr Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 tbsp Kirsch
  • 50 gr Milk chocolate
  1. Stone cherries as ripe and dark as possible, then the ice cream gets a nice and dark color
  2. Put the cherries, sugar and chilled milk in a tall container and puree well
  3. Grate the well-cooled chocolate very finely and fold it into the mass
  4. Stir in the cherry water
  5. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and carefully fold it into the cherry mixture
  6. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes (no longer so that no ice crystals form)
  7. Put everything in the ice cream maker
