Ingredients
- 500 g Freshly pitted cherries
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 4 tbsp Kirsch
- 50 g Milk chocolate
Instructions
- Stone cherries as ripe and dark as possible, then the ice cream gets a nice and dark color
- Put the cherries, sugar and chilled milk in a tall container and puree well
- Grate the well-cooled chocolate very finely and fold it into the mass
- Stir in the cherry water
- Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and carefully fold it into the cherry mixture
- Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes (no longer so that no ice crystals form)
- Put everything in the ice cream maker
- When there are children at the table WITHOUT kirsch
