Cherry Bundt Cake

The perfect cherry bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Sour cherries
  • 300 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs size M
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 8 tbsp Milk
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. 1. Drain the cherries. Mix the butter, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one by one and stir in, mix flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with milk. 2. Put half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, sprinkled with flour. Fold in the cherries under the rest of the batter and place in the tin. 3. Bake the cake in a hot oven at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for 50-55 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down on a wire rack for about 40 minutes, then turn out of the tin and let cool down completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Have fun and good luck!
