Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g cherry(s), pitted
- 200 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml mineral water
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pit and drain the cherries. Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the flour, 50 ml oil, and salt, and mix with one-third of the liquid until smooth. Add the remaining liquid and the cherries. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the batter in batches until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
