Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • Butter (no margarine)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the bananas into small pieces. Heat butter in a pan. Add the bananas to the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Note: Tastes great with cinnamon and sugar or chili.
