Cherry Pudding Cake Pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 pck Custard powder for boiling
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 24 Pc. Pickled sour cherries
  • 3 tbsp Sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk

also

  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package - only with 400 ml milk. Put in a bowl and cover with cling film. Press the film onto the pudding - prevents skin formation. Then at least 4 hours. cool.
  • Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and divide into 4 pieces. Brush the edges with egg white.
  • Spread the now firm pudding on the dough pieces and cover with the well-drained cherries.
  • Fold the dough pieces together from the short side and press together well at the edges. Brush with the egg yolk.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pieces for about 25 minutes.
  • Let the cake pieces cool down. Mix the powdered sugar with the milk and distribute on the cake pieces as you wish.
