Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Drain the sour cherries. Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and form a smooth dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Now add the drained cherries to the dough. For the crumble, knead all the ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over the cherries. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
