Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pkt. vanilla sugar, real
- 250 g quark
- 50 g chestnut flour
- 25 g spelt semolina
- 25 g butter
- 50 ml milk
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat the butter, egg yolks, and sugar one at a time until smooth. Stir in the quark and milk. Fold in the chestnut flour, baking powder, spelt semolina, and egg whites. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the mixture into small ovenproof bowls. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. You can also bake the casserole in a large dish, but it will take at least 25 minutes. If you like, you can serve it with fruit.
