Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flaxseed
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 60 g water
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients and spread the dough onto a baking sheet. Divide into square or diamond-shaped pieces using a dough scraper. They should be about 2-3 cm in diameter. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius and bake for about 10 minutes. They should be completely dry. Let them cool on the baking sheet.
