Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chestnut(s), cooked
  • 50 g plum(s), dried
  • 25 g ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finger food, BLW, healthy snacks

Chop or puree the chestnuts, dried plums, and nuts into small pieces. Form into balls and roll them in desiccated coconut. Alternatively, you can add the desiccated coconut directly to the balls. This makes a delicious snack. You can vary the dried fruit and nuts, but this mixture is very harmonious in terms of flavor.
