Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 85 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp, heaped cane sugar, approx. 30 g
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar, approx. 16 g
- 180 g chestnut cream
- 1 egg(s), size L
- 200 g flour, smooth
- ½ pack of baking powder, approx. 8 g

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the butter into a mixing bowl (or food processor) and beat with the sugar, vanilla sugar, chestnut cream, and egg until light and fluffy. Mix the baking powder into the flour, gradually add it to the mixing bowl, and knead into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the walnut-sized dough balls, formed with a teaspoon, on top. Bake on the middle rack for about 12-14 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar after cooling, if desired.
