- 30 g chia seeds
- 240 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 100 g currants or raspberries
- 10 g coconut flakes
- 1 shot of almond milk (almond drink)
- n. B. Berries for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Low-carb
Combine the chia seeds with 240 ml of almond milk and let it swell in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Blend the berries with the coconut flakes and a dash of almond milk in a blender, then mix into the chia seeds. Garnish with additional berries, if desired.
