Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp, heaped coffee powder or 1 shot of brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar, to taste
- ½ tsp cinnamon, to taste
- 1 handful of ice cubes

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the coconut milk, coffee, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon thoroughly by hand or with a blender. Pour into a glass or cup and stir in the chia seeds vigorously. Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand slightly. Stir occasionally. Then add a few ice cubes and stir.
